My daughter has a tendency to puke if she eats a lot of milk and then lies too flat on her back.

I bought this at Target and it helped immensely. I give it 4 stars because it is not the easiest to clean. Everything else about it is great.

Actually, I put a book under the head area so that it is at more of an incline. Other than that, perfect, and I am buying another one as we speak from Amazon. -- Very much helped my daughter

My pediatrician stated that my daughter should sleep on an incline in order to prevent choking and help guard against SIDS. Bought this inclined positioner for use in her bassinet. Worked great! She did do some sliding down in it, so halfway through the night I did have to slide her back up because I thought the positioner pushing against her armpits looked uncomfortable. But other then that, I really liked it. I would recommend it to friends, and I will use it for any other babies I have. But, I do recommend checking on your baby throughout the night - which pretty much all parents do anyway! -- Worked for us!
