This wrap is much better than I even expected it to be. It has a waterproof lining under the soft fleece top. The fleece straps go through holes at the bottom of the wrap and tie together. Beautiful color and works great. So glad we went with this guard. We also bought the short rail guards to go with it. Great item! -- Crib Railing Wrap
